Can I pick up my order?

All orders are pickup only, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Items can be picked up from your nearest Adaptalift branch. Once you have placed your order, please wait until we confirm stock availability and notify you when you can pick up your item.

Do you ship orders?

Shipping of orders can be arranged at the buyer’s expense. For accurate shipping rates please contact your nearest Adaptalift branch.

Do you deliver overseas?

At this point in time Adaptalift only offers pickup orders and delivery orders Australia wide.

Payment Options

How can I pay for my order?

Adaptalift only accepts payments through PayPal.

If I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still purchase goods?

Yes, you do not require a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. You can pay using your credit card through the PayPal system. Alternatively you can ring your nearest Adaptalift branch on 13 22 54 to place an order and arrange alternative payment.

Returns and Refund Policy

Adaptalift operates under Australian consumer law as such we offer returns and refunds on faulty goods.
We reserve the right to not provide change of mind refunds.

How will I receive my refund?

You will receive any processed refunds through the original PayPal account you made the purchase through.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Please allow up to seven days for your refund to be processed from the date of its approval.

What do I do if I haven’t received my refund within seven days?

If you have not received your refund within seven days please contact your nearest Adaptalift branch and we will be able to assist you.
